A systems development life cycle is composed of a number of clearly defined and distinct work phases which are used by systems engineers and systems developers to plan for, design, build, test, and deliver information systems.
We have worked in both small and large companies where the methodology is vastly different, but the end goal is the same: to deliver technological change internally, to the broader business or end consumer.
We are experienced in both Software Delivery and Infrastructure Project Management: widely different some assume, but in the end it is about people and processes to make change happen.
Specific experience includes projects for Betfred working on the implementation of Online Gaming additions to their website with both a 3rd party provider and internal development teams to the design and build of an online CRM system for Working Links.
We have also worked on major compliance projects for A Bank in Cheshire and global email transformation projects for Unilever.
Most recently managing key work streams within MBNA’s GDPR Programme as well as a variety of other infrastructure and software delivery projects for this prestigious financial services client.
