Working in a Project Management capacity in both Software Delivery and Infrastructure roles:

Software Delivery

Managing a 3rd party delivery of a CRM application hosted in the cloud to support the reform journey of prisoners from initial engagement, through counselling and training to release.

A bespoke application developed by the Ministry of Justice and Capita.

Infrastructure

Again in a project Management capacity, working on projects such as the creation of a Citrix delivered virtual desktop for the provision of a consistent application platform to subcontractors working on the governments “Work Programme”.

Additionally working on a project to replace legacy firewall architecture with a more manageable and scalable Juniper solution.

Also conducted initial phase of defining the companies’ Disaster Recovery aspirations.
