Working in a Project Management capacity, leading a team of 8 analysts on a global software asset management project to capture and manage the assets of over 400 “Business Applications” installed and owned by the various business groups over the past 12 years, not only to provide a firm foundation for legal compliance; but to also leverage previously unknown duplication and over licensing brought about by changes in the organisation structure over the years.
Leveraging our expertise in this area gained from previous clients, achieved an understood and documented baseline with annual process wrap for the ongoing management of the portfolio to capture new purchases; validate install base and manage the retirement of such assets.
